Our SportsMed Compression Knee Sleeve has varying compression zones to provide stabilizing support to the patella, with a reduced compression zone directly on the patella for comfort. Greater mobility. Made with the same material as our compression garments, the EC3D knee sleeve retains less moisture than traditional neoprene knee sleeves.
