Hollywood Impact Kwik Release Double First Base

The Rawlings Hollywood Impact Kwik-Release Double First Base offers unmatched safety and performance. Like other Hollywood Impact bases, this base compresses upon impact but features an added safety feature: the top of the base disengages from the bottom platform upon a strong impact, significantly reducing the risk of player injury.

The orange platform of the base is equipped with a 6-inch stanchion on its underside for easy mounting into a ground anchor (sold separately). The platform also features soft tabs that interconnect with tabs on the underside of the top base. These soft orange tabs allow players to easily slide over when the top base disengages.

The double first base design is ideal for fields that use a double first base for softball. Available as an individual double first base, or as a set of 3, which includes 1 double first base and 2 standard Hollywood Impact Kwik-Release bases.
