Rawlings PPCM30C Player Preferred 33" Catcher's Baseball Mitt

Step behind the plate with the dependable feel and accessible performance of the Rawlings PPCM30C Player Preferred 33" Catcher's Baseball Mitt. Designed for catchers looking for a durable leather mitt with a comfortable feel and quick break-in, the Player Preferred series delivers the essential features needed for confident receiving and control.

Constructed from quality full-grain leather, this catcher's mitt provides the durability needed for repeated practices and games while developing a comfortable, personalized feel over time. The leather construction gives players a traditional baseball mitt feel while maintaining the structure required behind the plate.

Rawlings incorporates Zero Shock palm padding to provide additional impact protection in the catching area. This cushioning helps absorb the force of incoming pitches, improving comfort when receiving the baseball throughout practices and games.

The 33-inch catcher-specific size provides the coverage and pocket area needed to receive pitches and secure the baseball behind the plate. Its catcher-oriented construction helps create a dependable target while providing the control needed to handle pitches around the strike zone.

For a more secure and comfortable fit, the Player Preferred design features pull-strap and Velcro strap closures. These adjustment systems allow players to fine-tune the fit around the hand and wrist for greater confidence when receiving, blocking, and controlling the baseball.

The Player Preferred series is also designed for a quick and easy break-in, helping the mitt develop a game-ready feel without requiring the extensive break-in typically associated with stiffer premium leather models.
